1553.3nm 20mW DFB激光器 熱電制冷 保偏光纖
The FOL15DCWD is a high power C and L-band DFB module with Polarization Maintaining (PM) fiber. This module is suitable to a CW light source for external modulator for use in 2.5Gb/s and 10Gb/s digital optical communication systems. It can also be used as a high power source for external modulated transmitter for analog transmission CATV/HFC. It features a built-in optical isolator and TEC. It is housed in a 14-pin butterfly package.
