1554nm 20mW DFB激光器 熱電制冷 保偏光纖
The D2547 family of DFB lasers is designed for C-band operation. The module can be used for CW operation or used with an external lithium niobate modulator. It contains a multiquantum-weld DFB laser. The laser module is hermetically sealed and includes a back facet monitor and isolator. The wavelength of the laser can be temperature tuned for precise wavelength selection via internal TEC. It features high optical power (20mW).
